Anyone can be attuned to Reiki, it is an easy natural way to heal yourself and to help others. An amazing and simple technique to learn -the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but it is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master. It's use is not dependant on ones intellectual capacity or spiritual development, therefore it is available to everyone.
A Reiki Master carries out attunements. The process is sacred and only the Reiki Master knows the way the symbols are used at an attunement. During the process the Reiki channel within is cleared and opened to allow the universal energy to flow more freely through the energy channels. At different stages, sacred symbols will be passed onto you for use in healing the body at all levels and from a distance. One you are attuned you will have the ability for the rest of your life, even if you decide not to use Reiki for a long time.

Reiki I: |
This attunement opens the recipient to the Reiki ray and at this stage a symbols is passed on for healing the physical body, animals, plants, and other uses. |

Reiki II: |
This attunement clears and cleanses the body to a higher vibrational level. Two more symbols are added, one for emotional / mental healing and the other for distant healing. |

Reiki III: |
This attunement is of a much higher vibrational, clearing the channels yet again and opening the recipient to greater awareness. |
