The Diploma:

This course teaches the physical causes of Stress and its side effects and ways in which to deal with stress, both from a Holistic point of view, and with on-site massage designed for use in the work place. Massage therapists have the choice to extend their study over 2 weekends to take the ITEC examination.

Day 1:

Flight or Flight Syndrome, Causes of Stress, Effects of Stress, Treatment of Stress, On-site Massage routines.

Homework:

Training Manual to be completed over the interim period, 12 Case Studies to be completed, Mock Theory Paper.

Day 2:

Findings and Revision, Practical Assessment, ITEC Written Examination and ITEC Practical Examination.
